Responsibilities
- Special Needs Planning: Develop and implement strategies to protect and provide for clients with special needs, ensuring their future care and financial stability.
- Estate Planning: Assist clients in creating wills, trusts, and advance directives that reflect their wishes and protect their legacy, providing peace of mind for them and their families.
- Long-term Care Planning: Guide clients through the complexities of Medicaid planning, nursing home placement, and asset protection, ensuring their long-term care needs are met.
- Guardianship: Represent clients in guardianship proceedings, advocating for their rights and ensuring their well-being is prioritized.
- Probate: Manage the probate process with care, ensuring the smooth administration of estates in accordance with legal requirements and the decedent’s wishes.

- VA Benefits: Offer expert counsel on Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits, helping veterans and their families navigate the complex eligibility and application processes.

Qualifications
Bar Admission: Must be a licensed attorney in Florida.
Experience: Must have experience as an Elder Law Attorney.

- Experience with Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits is highly preferred.

Description

Compensation, Benefits and Schedule:
- Competitive base salary of $60,000 – $80,000 based on experience plus performance-based compensation for total on-target earnings of $100k+!

- This is a full-time hybrid position with your in-office schedule being based on client demand for in-person meetings, and firm coverage needs. The typical schedule is from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm and weekends when required.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in our mission by:
- Conducting Initial Consultations: Engage with prospective clients, helping them understand our services and how we can assist them, without providing legal advice.
- Presenting Seminars: Lead in-person and online seminars on elder law topics, educating groups about estate planning, asset protection, and more.
- Facilitating Smooth Transitions: Ensure a seamless handoff from the initial consultation to our legal team, maintaining client confidence and satisfaction.
- Client Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to potential clients who haven’t yet retained our services, as well as checking in with past and current clients about additional needs.
