Critical Legal Choices With Confidence

You’ll Hear From Us In Hours, Not Days.

Tieesha N. Taylor, Esq.

Founder/CEO

Tieesha is an elder law attorney with a simple but powerful mission: to help families navigate life’s most challenging moments with care and confidence. As the founder of the Elderly Care Law Firm, Tieesha combines her legal expertise with her deep compassion for people, ensuring every client feels heard, understood, and supported.

Her journey to elder law wasn’t planned—it was fate. After being laid off from her job as a project manager for a real estate developer, Tieesha found herself at a crossroads. Instead of dwelling on the setback, she embraced it as an opportunity to give back. Volunteering with the Florida Long-Term Care Ombudsman Council, she encountered an elderly woman who had lost her rights in an unfair guardianship case. Tieesha stepped up, advocated fiercely, and helped restore the woman’s dignity and independence. That moment was a turning point for Tieesha, awakening her to her true calling: to be a voice for those who felt unheard and a champion for those who needed someone to stand by their side.

Now, Tieesha helps families across a wide range of needs, from seniors and veterans to blended families and LGBTQ+ clients. She understands that no two situations are alike, and she takes the time to craft personalized solutions that bring clarity and peace of mind. Her approach is practical, empathetic, and always focused on what’s best for the people she serves.

When she’s not advocating for her clients, Tieesha is a proud homeschooling mom to three adventurous kids, and together they’ve turned the world into their classroom. Through what she calls “world school,” Tieesha takes her kids on learning adventures around the globe, exploring new cultures, histories, and ways of life. She believes life is about connections, whether it’s with her clients, her family, or the communities she serves.

Fun Fact: Tieesha has a knack for turning every family trip into a treasure hunt for local foods, history, and off-the-beaten-path adventures—and she’s always on the lookout for the next family learning destination!
